Coylumbridge, Aviemore

I recently sold my summer timershare at Coylumbridge after 12 happy years taking our two children there, almost every year. Twice we rented it out through Stakis, now Hilton.
This is a good site with good facilities, only a short drive into Aviemore town. There are plenty of activities in the area, not cheap, but you can have a cheap holiday if you need it. The beach at Loch Morlich is great, and of course the scenery is superb.
Having seen other timeshare resorts around Scotland, this is pretty good in comparison. Although the quality of the live entertainment in the hotel has fallen in recent years, some acts are bearable!
We left because our kids are now grown up and we want to explore a new area. We sold our week quickly, at a small profit, through brokers Aberfoyle.
