Flamingo Club Tenerife

Hi I am an owner of timeshare in Flamingo Club Tenerife, we have recently learned that the club has been sold to Grandholdiays.SL - a Spanish Management Company - owners have been promised that the resort will be restored to its former glory (there has been no visiboe investment of maintenance fees in the 5 years we have owned there) - however owners are sceptical and believe there is a hidden agenda to get us out. It seems that during the last 6 weeks, some owners have been offered a "deal" whereby they give back the weeks they own and pay again? This makes no sense to me - have you any advice and do you know anything about the new management company?
